Delivery Information

Packing and collection

After confirmation and all payment has been made, delivery may take up to 60days. Delivery times or period will be subjected to location/address & stock availability. In the case of no delivery or no items to deliver, refund will be granted automatiocally after 60days. however, request for the refund within the 60days(minimun 7days) are allowed and will be granted within 48hours.

 

Delivery fees

Most of the products come with fixed delivery fees of MYR12(or US$3). Delivery total fees will be subjected to location and delivery’s house. For delivery that require more than MYR12, it shall be paid by customers/members in additional. For purchase that more than USD300, please email to us if you would like to request for the fees to be waived, this matter would subject to approval.

 

Late delivery

We try our best to avoid this, unfortunately, delays can happened which are often beyond our control. We will let you know of any delays as soon as we know. Progress notification email will be sending for the update.

 

Tracking your order

Please log in to your account in scubamy.com. We will let you know if anything changes to your order via email, text or phone. So it’s important that your contact details are up to date on your scubamy account.

 

International delivery

Unless stated by law and regulation, we do deliver to international addresses; the same policy will be imposed regarding delivery fees. A notification email will be sent to customers/members if the addresses provided are not reachable. Please be informed that additional cost such as taxes and third party delivery company’s additional fees shall be charged to customers/members.

We try our best to deliver soonest that we can and our best to minimize the delivery cost.
